What local residents think of ESCC Services Results of a random household survey from 625 houses in 86% of the 145 roads in East and West Wards conducted by me during the winter of 2000/01 In response to a question relating to 'which ESCC services were the most important?' ( … individual responses received), these were in rank order. Questions were also asked about what people liked most about Crowborough and what they would most like to change.
